Ghee or Butter – 2 tbsp
Spices & Nuts
Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp
Roughly chopped hazelnuts – 4 tbsp
Roasted peanuts – 4 tbsp
Chopped walnuts – 4 tbsp
Crushed black pepper – 1/2 tsp
A mix of sunflower and melon seeds – 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
