Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
Powdered Coconut – 3/4 cup + 1/4 cup
Grated Carrot – 1 cup ( 2 medium sizes)
Baking Powder – 3/4 tsp ( 1/2 + 1/4 tsp)
Baking soda or Eno – 1/2 tsp
Refined Oil – 1/4 cup
Warm Milk – 3/4 cup
Mix Chocolate Chips – 1/2 cup
A pinch of salt
