Here I am coming up with a Holi special recipe-THANDAI, made with a lot of dry fruits and few other spices.
Milk- 4 cups ( boiled and cooled)
Sugar- as per needed
Almonds- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts- 1/2 cup
Pistachio- 1/2 Cup
Cardamom- 6 nos.
Black pepper- 1/2 tablespoon
Saffron- a pinch (boiled in 2 tablespoon of water)
Dry Rose buds- a small handful
Rose water- 1 tablespoon
