1 C Besan (chick pea flour)
½ C Water
¾ tbsp (for batter) + 1½ tsp (for sauteing) Oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
¼ tsp Red Chili Powder (+ / -)
½ tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1 tbsp Oil for shallow frying
