Fresh Orange Juice – 1 cup
Powdered White Sugar – 3/4 cup
Mix dry fruits & nuts * (combination of raisins, seedless dates, dried apricot, pistachios, tutti frutti, cashews, dried blueberries, dried red cranberries) – 1/2 cup
Nuts – 1/2 cup (almonds, walnuts)
Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup ( 1 small carrot)
Oil – 1/4 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds* – 1 tsp
Baking soda or Eno – 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt
