2 cup whole wheat flour you can use 50:50 ratio of whole wheat flour and refined flour.
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup yogurt I have used homemade yogurt (curd)
1/2 cup milk lukewarm
4 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander finely chopped
butter for applying on naan
wheat flour for rolling naan
water for applying on naan while roasting
