2 tablespoon sesame seeds
3-4 dry red chillies
1 teaspoon urad dal (black gram dal)
2 tablespoon oil
5 cashew nuts
1 teaspoon ghee
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
a pinch of asafoetida
a few curry leaves
