Tangy Sweet Chutney made with green mango. This recipe is very easy and ready within 20 minutes. Jaggery also is known as gur. The benefits of jaggery include its ability to cleanse your body, sweeten your food in a healthy manner, and provide good amounts of minerals.


Green Mango Jaggery Chutney
Ingredients :
Green mango – 4
( It yields 1 & 1/2 cup Puree)
Gur – 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted fennel seeds powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits:
Kaju and raisins – 1/4 cup
