This curry is mostly made and famous in Bihar and Orissa. This taste well when it is served with Hot crispy Puri
Ingredients:
1 cup pumkin
1 cup alooo
4 minute sliced green chillies
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 Tsp Saunf
1/2 tsp kalonjee
1/2 tsp danamethi
Pinch of hing
Salt as per the taste
Method:
Heat the oil in the cooker
Add the above all ingredients in the cooker.
Now add the pumpkin and aloo
Stir for few minutes and add turmeric red chilli powder.place the cooker lid
Upon one whistle close the flame
The curry is ready
Serve with coriander
