Mirchi Ki Sabji

A very good appetite and very instantly prepared with home made spices

Ingredients:

10 badi chillies cut
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp oil
1 pinch of hing
1 tsp haldi

Method:

Cut the mirchi in small pices
Add oil in the pan and once the oil is hot add a pinch of hing, mustard seeds and jeera
Now add the mirchi in the pan and mix it well for some time.
Add turmeric and salt as per the taste and mix it and keep for 5 minutes
The simple mirchi is sabji is ready to be served with dal chawal and Roti
