Spinach is a super food comprising of vitamins B, C and E, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids all of which are required for healthy hair growth. We all love chaat. So Here is a Crispy Spinach Leaves are coated with besan or chickpea flour and roasted with very little oil.


Ingredients :
Palak leaves – 20
Besan – 1/2 cup
Sooji – 2 tbsp
Water – 1/3 cup
Spices :
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Haldi – 1/4 tsp
Lal Mirch – 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Date Jaggery Chutney and green chutney and Anar for garnishing
