Ingredients:
8 cups baby spinach
1/4 cup cashews
1 cup ice cubes
2 whole jalapenos (adjust to spice level)
1 tspn avocado oil (to saute onions)
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tspn ginger
1 tspn salt (or to taste)
1/4 tspn ground cumin seeds (vatelu jeeru)
2 cups low-sodium vegetable stock
1/2 tspn hardar (turmeric)
1 tbspn heavy cream (optional)
1 tspn avocado oil (for tadka)
1 tspn jeeru
1/4 tspn asoetafida (hing)
2 cups paneer cubes
