Crispy and Best South Indian Breakfast .
Ingredients:
6 bread slices
¾ cup curd / yogurt
½ cup rice flour
¼ cup suji
¼ cup Paneer
¼ cup Mashed potato
½ tsp cumin
½ onion, finely chopped
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
few coriander leaves, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Method:
Mix 6 slices of any bread and crumble them into small pieces.
Add rice flour, rava, curd ,cumin seeds, onion, ginger, paneer , mashed potato ,coriander leaves and salt.
Mix all the ingredients and form a soft dough.
Make small ball and gently press to flatten and then make a hole in the centre like you prepare in vada.Fry in low flame.
Fry on both sides till they turn golden brown. The Bread Vada is ready
Serve hot vada with chutney or sambar or sauce .
