Best street food liked by all the generations. It is liked especially in the cold weather when it is served with Hot Masala chai
Ingredients:
4 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Oil
Salt as per the taste
Method:
Boil the potatoes in the cooker
Mash the potatoes in the bowl by adding coriander, chaat masala, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis till they are golden brown on both the sides
Serve them with Ketchup or Pudina or Dhaniya Chutney.
