Palak Paneer is a popular Restaurant style Punjabi Curry which is prepared from spinach an paneer. This popular Dhaba Style Palak Paneer is very healthy as it is rich in iron.


Spinach leaves (removed stems and washed) – 300 gm
Paneer (cubes) – 300 gm
Onion- 2 Medium Finely Chopped
Tomato – 2 Medium Finely Chopped
Green Chilli – 1 Big Finely Chopped
Ginger – 4 inch Finely Chopped
Garlic – 7 to 8 Finely Chopped
Bay Leaves – 2
Black Cardamom – 2
MDH Kitchen King Masala – 2tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tbsp
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
