Dal Pizza Kebabs

Sharing with you all my daughter’s favourite and her invention dal kabab pizza. Never thought kids can be so creative in cooking. This dal kebab pizza is full of protein, veges and carbohydrate. The best part is this easy to prepare and can be prepared within minutes.

Ingredients:

Moong Dal (Soaked for 15 hours) – 1 Cup
Onion – 1/2 Medium Size Finely Chopped
Capsicum – 1/2 Medium Size Finely Chopped
Carrot – 1 Small Size Grated
Corn Kernel – 1/4 Cup
Potato – 1 Medium Size Boiled and Mashed
Bread Slices – 3
Salt to Taste
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 4-5 Cloves Finely Chopped
Fresh Coriander
Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp
Mixed Herbs – 1 tbsp
Processed Cheese Cubes
Grated Cheese
Tomato Sauce – 3 tbsp
