A very healthy and power packed breakfast enriched with different fruits (banana, peach, apricot, nectarine) and crunchy muesli.
Smoothie is an ideal, quick and healthy breakfast. It is a thick drink made by blending different fruits, vegetables or nuts with a dairy product such as yogurt , ice-cream or milk. You can add sugar or replace it with honey. Plain yogurt or flavored yogurt can be used while making the smoothie. The consistency of smoothie is thick, like milkshake.
1 medium banana
110 g honey flavored greek yogurt You can use plain yogurt and add 1 tbsp honey if flavored yogurt not available
1/4 cup skimmed milk
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
30 g breakfast muesli 2 tbsp (I have used the regular toasted breakfast muesli with raisins and nuts)
