A North Indian style dry curry with potatoes and cauliflower in a medley of mild aromatic spices; perfect with rice and dal or any Indian flatbread, especially soft rotis!!
Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup peeled and cubed potatoes
Few curry leaves (optional)
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
½ to 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon hing/asafetida (Optional)
Salt to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons cooking oil or ghee
Dried Fenugreek leaves or chopped coriander leaves/cilantro for garnishing
Wedge of lime/lemon (optional)
