Baked Beetroot Pakoda is super delicious healthy snack which is prepared by combining rice flour,gram flour,cumin seeds,beetroot puree,butter,chili powder,water into dough which should not be so soft or too hard.Then by using muruku maker shape the dough and bake at 375 F for about 20 mins or until it turns crispy.This snack is healthy and would be a hit especially on valentines day 😉
Ingredients:
Beetroot puree-3/4 cup
Melted butter-1/4 cup
Rice flour-1 and 1/2 cup
Gram flour-1/4 cup
Salt-pinch
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Asafoetida-pinch
Chili powder-1 tsp
Water-1 tbsp or required for kneading
