Sabudana Waffles with kala chana is quick and gluten free power packed recipe which requires only few drops of oil for delicious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

Sabudana-1 cup
Water-1 cup
Boiled Kala chana/Black Chickpea-1 cup
Crushed garlic-1 tsp
Crushed Ginger-1 tsp
Crushed Green chili-2 tsp [adjust based on your spice level]
Salt- to taste
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Chat masala-1/2 tsp
Chili powder-1 tsp
Garam masala-1/4 tsp
Coriander powder-1 and 1/2 tsp
Oil-as required
