Paste di Mandorla is a popular almond cookie in Sicily. These are also known as baked Marzipan. The recipe is super simple but ends up as these pretty and tasty cookies.

almond flour 1 cupsugar 1/2 cuplarge egg white 1 (don’t beat it)lemon zest 1/2 – 3/4 tspvanilla extract 2 tsphoney 1 tspPowdered sugar to roll
