This recipe details the preparation of all the components of gol gappa snack.
Ingredients:
1 cup fine semolina
1 cup plain flour
warm water as required ( for dough)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 and a quarter teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons of warm cooking oil
200 grams plain yoghurt
60 grams of Tamarind
4 glasses water ( for tamarind sauce)
1 and half teaspoons of black salt
2 teaspoons chaat masala
half teaspoon of pomegranate powder
10 fresh mint leaves
2 green chilli
400 grams boiled chick peas
4 medium sized potatoes
4 tomatoes
2 onions
