Eggs – 3
Big Onion – 1 chopped
Capsicum – ½ chopped
Sambar powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil/butter – 2tsp
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Cumin – 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few
Mint leaves 4 -5 chopped
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
Salt to taste
Break the eggs and beat it well.
Heat the pan with oil/butter, add cumin, asafoetida,green chillies and curry leaves saute for few secs.
Now add onion and saute till transparent. Then add capsicum, sambar powder, salt, coriander and mint leaves and saute for 2 -3 min.
Now add the beaten egg, mix well and finally add pepper powders.
Mix well and cook on low flame for 2 mins.
Capsicum egg podimas is ready to serve as a side dish for rice.
Serve as snacks for kids.
