Parmesan Cheese Biscuits

3 ingredients and 3 steps is all it takes for these cheesy buttery biscuits. These biscuits will keep for days in an air tight container and are so so good with wine and drinks; also I think these biscuits would be a great Diwali gift, a break from all the usual sweets.


Plain flour/ maida- 150 grams
Parmesan Cheese (grated) – 150 grams
Salted Butter (cut in cubes) – 150 grams
Chili flakes- 1-2 tsp (optional)
