Rice – 2 Cups
Scallions – 2 (Chopped)
Potatoes – 10 units
Carrot (Chopped) – 3 medium
Parsley Leaves – 1 cup

Oil – 2 tbsp.

1. Boil the rice and wait for them to get properly cooked.
2. Now keep the rice aside and take Potatoes and clean them up.
3. If potatoes are big then cut them, but don’t cut them too fine and it is okay if you don’t remove potato skin.
4. Now Boil the clean potatoes and wait until they are properly boiled.
