Be forewarned at the onset that this chutney is very addictive. The USP of this chutney is that apart from the pips, the whole lemon goes into it – the pith, the skin, the pulp, the juice…everything. Just four ingredients and super easy to make.
350 grams (+/-) Lemons
400 grams sugar (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste (I used approx. 2½ tsp)
2 tsp red chilli powder (mine was not too hot)
