These potatoes are super easy, vegetarian and gluten free; flavoured with fragrant herbs, olives and chilies and served with a creamy hung curd/ Greek yogurt dip.
Ingredients:
Baby potatoes- 500 grams
Fresh coriander leaves- 1 cup
Fresh mint leaves- 1 cup
Butter- 2 tbsp
Olive oil or vegetable oil- 2-3 tsp
Green olives (pitted)- 8-10
Capers- 2-3 tsp
Green chilies- 2-3
Salt- if required
