This is my first recipe submission so there is a nothing better than a dessert recipe. This is a very simple recipe you just have to mix all ingredients and bake it.Please follow all the measurements properly.To prep: 20-25 minsTo bake:18-20 mins
125g unsalted butter, at room temp80g caster sugar1tsp vanilla essence115g self-rising flour 100g plain flour 50g chocolate chips 2tbps milk
1. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl with an electric beater until it form smooth batter .Then add chocolate chips and mix well with a spoon.2. Sift the self rising flour and plain flour into a another bowl. Add this mixture into the butter mixture and mix it well until combined.Add the milk and mix well.3.Mix with your hand until the mixture forms a dough.If mixture is little dry, add an extra one tbps of milk.4. Roll the dough into balls and place the balls about 4 cm apart each other into a non-stick baking tray.4.Flatten the biscuit slightly with a use of fork.Place the baking tray into a fridge for 20 mins to chill.5. Preheat the oven to 160 c and cook the biscuits for 18-20 mins.Remove the biscuits from the oven and cool it down to room temperature.
