Tomato Juice

Here is a recipe for a refreshing cool drink with a very common vegetable – Tomato Juice:)

This juice brings me back to the days when my mom used to prepare this as an after school drink along with some yummy snacks. Trust me, on a sunny day this juice is the much needed coolant for your body.

So here is the recipe for Tomato Juice !

Ingredients:

Tomatoes – 2

Water – 2 cups

Sugar – 1/2 cup

Method:

METHOD:

In a blender / mixer / juicer add the chopped tomatoes, sugar and water. Blend them well together.

Strain the juice before serving. Cool in a refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve chilled 🙂
