Curried shrimp with Coconut Milk

Shrimp / prawns – peeled and deveined

Curry leaves – 5-6

Onion – 1 large

Ginger – 1 large portion

Green chillies – 2-3

Dry red chillies – 2-3

Coconut milk – 1/2 cup

Shrimp paste – 1/2 tsp (optional)

Yogurt – 1 tbsp

Ground Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Ground cumin – 1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp

Cilantro leaves – finely chopped

Spring onion greens – finely chopped

Salt – as per taste
