A roasted cauliflower recipe with an Indian twist!
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
Unsalted butter – 4 tbsp
Garlic Cloves – 2-3
Yogurt – 2-3 tbsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
Tandoori masala powder – 1 tsp
Mix of dry herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, sage) – 1 tsp
Grated Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
