Wheatgrass, Bottle gourd and Watermelon Juice

Detoxifying Raw vegetable and fruit juices are helpful in restoring our health. One can include this juice in the early morning with an empty stomach, after working out or walking. This juice has Wheatgrass which has lots and lots of minerals, protein, almost all the vitamins. Bottle gourd contains water, fibre Vitamin B, potassium and iron. It helps reduce the inflammations in the liver and kidneys. In our native bottle gourd is mainly used to treat jaundice. Another ingredient which I have used is Watermelon. It is an excellent source of antioxidants and vitamins. It contains lots and lots of water too. Over all it is filled with all the nutrients.

Wheat grass – little

Bottle gourd – ¼ cup (grated)

Watermelon chunks – ½ cup

Ginger powder – ½ tsp.

Water – 1 cup

Salt – ¼ tsp.

Any Sweetener – (if u need) I am using very little sugar free natura.

-Blend Wheatgrass, Watermelon chunks, grated bottle gourd, water, ginger powder, and salt. If needed add any form of sugar and churn nicely.

-Sieve this mixture and collect juice. Your nutrition rich, power packed juice is ready, to kick start your day.
