Pistachios cookies are immensely popular in London.Semolina husk is widely loved by Indians. I always love to mingle two countries tests. I think it’s been happening since British came to India .That time Indian chefs had produced so many popular dishes ,which are the mixture of two different cousins.



Pistachios: 30 to 40 grams

Semolina: 140 grams

All purpose flour: 140 grams

Sugar: 60 grams

Butter: 100 grams in room temperature
Milk: 2 table spoon
