It is made with spiced urad dal batter and fried in donut shape dumplings. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are served with Sambar or Coconut Chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup urad dal
3 green chillies , roughly chopped
3 to 4 peppercorns
8 to 10 curry leaves
1 tsp ginger
salt to taste
