Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Fresh ground cumin – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Mirch / Paprika- 2-3 tsp (if you don’t have this, you can increase the quantity of red chilli powder to 1 tbsp)
