The French has their gourmet recipes, and Indians have chicken tikka masala. Yes, that’s how popular is this spicy mouthwatering kebabs. Though, kebabs were probably introduced in India by the Mughals, it has now become an integral part of the subcontinent.
There are many different types of kebabs, but my favorite like most other people if chicken tikka kebabs.
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken thighs
2 tablespoon grated green papaya
2 tablespoon tomato paste
¼ cup onion paste
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
½ cup greek yogurt
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon carom seeds
Salt to taste
