Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour 1 cup
Pinch of salt
1 cup water
oil 1/4 cup for kneading
Fillings
Boiled & Mashed potatoes 5 medium size
Onion chopped 1 medium
Green chillies 1-2 finely chopped
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp (optional)
Black mustard seeds 1 tsp
Oil for Cooking & frying filling
Butter a dash for toppings (optional)
