It is also said that there should be 9 vegetables used in navratan korma recipe. Here I have used whatever vegetables I had to make navratan korma. Apart from vegetables paneer cubes are added. 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
1 big potato, peeled and chopped
½ cup cauliflower florets
10-12 beans
½ cup green peas
nnutsuts paste
10 cashews
10 almonds
2 teaspoons raisins
1 teaspoon melon seeds
Whole spices
1 bay leaf
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
2 green cardamoms
½ teaspoon black peppercorns
2-3 cloves
Other ingredients
1 onion thinly sliced
2 small tomatoes,pureed
½ cup cubed paneer
1 teaspoon minced ginger-garlic
2-3 green chilies
⅛ teaspoon saffron
3 tablespoons fresh cream
1 teaspoon kasuri methi
