You can make Kacche Kele Ki Sabzi for the occasions like Navratri or Diwali when onion and garlic are not used in the cooking. It is a simple dry preparation of raw banana and the best part is, it is gluten free too.


2 medium-size raw banana1/2 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilly powderSalt to taste2 tbsp cooking oil1 tsp mustard seeds1 tsp urad dal1 sprig of curry leavesTo be grind to paste2 – 3 tbsp shredded coconut1 ½ tbsp coriander seeds1 tsp black peppercorns1 tsp cumin seeds2 dried red chilles2 Cloves of Garlic (optional)
