Ginger Chicken

An amazing Indo-Chinese dish that can be relished with Fried rice or Hakka noodles. It is very easy, healthy and quick to prepare. A favorite of many people, this dish is a sure winner.

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts – 2 – 3 (cut into small pieces)

1 large ginger- cut into thin strips / juliennes

1 onion – cut into cubes

Soya sauce – 1-2 tsp

Tomato ketchup – 1-2 tsp

Red chilli paste – 1 tsp

Paprika – 1/2 tsp

Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Vinegar – 2-3 tsp

Green chillies -2-3 chopped up fine

Salt – to taste

For the marinade –

Red Chilli paste – 2 tbsp

Ginger paste – 2 tbsp

Corn flour – 2-3 tbsp

Black pepper powder – 1 tsp

Ching’s Green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp

Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp (optional)

Lime juice – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp
