  1. I have some questions:

    1. Is green capsicum simply a green bell pepper?
    2. What is tomato – chili sauce? Can it be found in regular grocery stores, or must I go to the Indian Market?
    3. Red Chile powder – any particular kind? Again, best to get from the Indian Market?
    4. What is cornflour?

Thank you! My non-Indian family of five are also very fond of Indian Cuisine!

    • Yes Renee, green bell pepper is green capsicum. You can find tomato-chili sauce in indian grocery stores. Please look for kashmiri chili powder. Corn flour is corn starch, it is actually added to make the curry thick. You can substitute with cream.
