Easy Veg Fried Rice

Easy veg fried recipe with step wise pictures,Indian style easy veg fried recipe with simple ingredients. Recently we had been to a lunch buffet with a live kitchen. It was a very nice experience to get to eat food cooked just before your sight,also we got to choose our own ingredients for certain dishes like salads and noodles. There were different types in each dish like stir fry noodles with various toppings,with sauces,without sauces etc and also different types of fried rice,veg fried rice,Chinese fried rice,schezwan fried rice,thai rice etc and what caught my attention was this simple and easy veg fried rice recipe.They had a big pan of cooked and cooled basmati rice and quickly prepared this Indian style easy veg fried rice recipe as and when required. Rice,veggies,sesame oil,pepper and salt,sugar,count the ingredients just 6 :),you won’t believe how flavorful and tasty can a fried rice turn out with these absolutely humble ingredients.

Ingredients:

1¼ cup basmati rice
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot,cabbage,bell pepper,beans),very finely chopped
3 tablespoons spring onion whites,finely chopped
3 tablespoons spring onion greens
¾ teaspoon white pepper powder
½ teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons sesame oil
Salt
