Super easy, healthy and most importantly delicious smoothie recipe. Purpose of making this smoothie is to lose extra weight and to reduce the inflammation in body.

Ingredients:

kiwi,
avocado,
celery stick,
watercress,
banana,
golden flaxseeds.
If you are not on diet you can also add some honey.
You can use soya milk or any low-fat milk.
