Green Gram Curry {Kerala Cherupayar Curry}

Green Gram Curry {Kerala Cherupayar Curry}

Green gram or mung beans belong to the legume family, are highly nutritious and very easy to include in your diet. This traditional Kerala style green gram curry is delicious and wholesome and makes an excellent choice for rice, rotis and such.
This curry is usually vegan and uses coconut milk or freshly ground coconut to make the gravy. But sometimes I use regular dairy milk to make it extra creamy and delicious.
