Meat samosas are an iconic Bohra snack. North Indians usually crave pakoras when the craving for deep fried strikes but for Bohras it is almost always about samosas! A bit of work but totally worth it. But if you feel inclined use ready made wraps to make them.
Ingredients:
500g red onions, very finely shredded in a food processor until grain like
500g minced mutton/beef/lamb, very finely minced
1/2 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
2 tbsp ginger garlic chilly paste, equal portions of ginger,garlic and green chilly
1 ½ tsp red chilly powder, or to taste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
