A 2 minute Indian drink recipe for your dinner parties or potluck
•1/3-1/2 cup rooh afza
•500 ml orange juice
•500 ml ginger ale
•10 mint leaves, finely chopped and crushed in a mortar & pestle
•1 tablespoon fennel seeds, freshly crushed
1.First mix rooh afza with little orange juice with a stirrer or a spoon. Transfer to jar. Add the remaining orange juice and stir well to combine.
2.Slowly pour the ginger ale as it will have fizz and might over flow.
3.Finally add the mint leaves and fennel seeds.
4.While serving, add ice cubes and one mint leaves as a garnish and pour the drink.
