I mentioned that I was going to have to get over my intimidation of Indian spices. Well, after reading a few things on your blog I worked up the courage to try my hand at some roasted cauliflower with a Sambar spice blend and it was soooo delicious.Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks y'all!This lake is very close to our place and we go for walks there. This guy was so deep in thoughts while fishing that it was worth stopping and taking a picture and needless to stay that the sky was perfect.
