This is Joey from the national Meatless Monday campaign. I just wanted to thank you for your interest in the campaign and for taking our pledge.
Many bloggers think its fun to do weekly Meatless Monday posts. I think they would fit in well with IndianSimmer, as you already have a weekly Wordless Wednesday feature with all these gorgeous food photos.
I'd love to be in more direct communication with you so we can better coordinate outreach efforts. If you're interested in doing weekly posts, please email me back at jlee@mondaycampaigns.org.
There is nothing more therapeutic than baking bread at home.. ah all that smell wafting around the house. and a bigger bonus when the bread comes out looking so wonderful as yours.
Beautiful shine on that front loaf. Good for you for baking your own bread. I've been wanting to do that for a long time.
